  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of any pet hair or debris.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
