We use high-quality, vegetable-tanned leather and durable synthetic fibers to ensure maximum comfort and longevity for your pet.
How do I find the correct size for my dog?
Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page. We recommend measuring your dog's neck circumference and adding two fingers of width for the perfect fit.
How long does shipping take within the EU?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I return a customized collar?
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Standard items can be returned within 14 days.

Are KOCH products waterproof?
Our synthetic range is fully waterproof. Our leather products are water-resistant but should be treated with leather balm occasionally to maintain their quality after heavy rain.
